Having recently won a Golden Globe for The Martian and Alien: Covenant in pre-production, Ridley Scott isn’t taking a break anytime soon when it comes to filmmaking. However, his next project may take him out of space and bring him back to Earth. He is currently circling a film adaptation of the British cult TV series, The Prisoner.

William Monahan, who won an Academy Award for his screenplay for The Departed, has been tapped to write the script for Paramount’s Evel Knievel biopic, based on Sheldon Saltman’s book Evel Knievel On Tour.
