Act as the primary liaison between creative departments to ensure all parts of creative deliverables are taken care of specifically when it comes to design requests by providing clear briefs and deadlines, and managing all phases of design creative production through final asset delivery.

Provide administrative support to an executive, including managing phone, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.

Organizes heavy calendar scheduling, facilitates heavy email and phone correspondence; submits expense reports, purchasing requests for supplies; books travel arrangements. Prepare general creative feedback/notes on slate projects.

Cultivate internal relationships to leverage studio resources to support key filmmakers in producing 360-degree content offerings across Universal Filmed Entertainment Group’s various verticals.

Coordinate logistics, including but not limited to crew needs and bookings, securing locations, handling appearance and location releases, obtaining permits, ordering props, organizing production assets.
