Produce creation of digital video content – from concept through to delivery. Develop video ideas for iHeartMedia’s website, and produces content for special projects.

Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.

Support overall Goop’s Creative production team in daily/weekly tasks as needed and assigned by Sr. producer.

Responsible for assisting producers, Associate Producers, and Production Management in the creation of smart, original content for multiple distribution channels.

Provide pre-production, production and post support for Tasty content creators. Maintain production trackers and facilitate production workflow to ensure deadlines are met.

Conceptualize, develop, and produce compelling segments and videos related to Financial markets, NYSE activities, and related Content specifically for NYSE TV.

Create graphics, edit Video for use in production. Write anchor copy and teases. Generate ideas for new stories, Content and formats to engage our audience.

Advise the Filmmaker on Creative Content to shoot targeted posts specifically towards aspiring actors, directors, writers and producers to join the new platform.

You will assist with the interpretation of audience-based reporting, insights, and strategic analysis across all Video platforms and linear channels.

Works closely with all content creators, internal production teams and producers on a daily basis. Pulls, sources and located footage within the NFL library.

Researching topics and news of the day. Pitching story ideas to producer & CP.

Act as our go-to set PA for small and large-scale productions. Keep up to date digital production wrap books on previous and current jobs, while prepping for future jobs.

Duties include but are not limited to effective Executive calendar management, minute and note-taking, expenses, travel arrangements, some budget management, event planning, and project management.

General administrative duties, including screening and answering calls, reconciling expense reports and budgets.

Provide daily support and work closely with department personnel in all aspects of logistical, operational and project coordination for various scale productions.

The Production Assistant cuts soundbites and VOs, helps producers gather elements for in-house packages, and orders and creates graphics.  

You will be responsible for making sure all shows and videos are properly formatted and distributed across all platforms.

This role will be responsible for creating visual assets, including videos, graphics, and some photo illustrations and spanning across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other new emerging social platforms.

Works closely with internal production teams and producers on a daily basis. Pulls, sources and locates footage within NFL library.

The producer will be responsible for pitching story ideas, booking guests, writing scripts, and editing.

Experience in social media management, video production and editing are greatly preferred.
