Draft, negotiate, and manage the television department’s long form agreements including option/purchase agreements, co-production and co-financing agreements, production services agreements, pilot/series writer agreements, non-writing executive producer agreements, director agreements, and performer agreements.

Work in conjunction with the Drama Development department to transition shows that have been picked up from Development into Current series. Work with Production to ensure that agreed concepts are fully realized in production.

Oversee the entire movie development process from concept to post-production, including idea generation, script development, casting, and final execution, and coordinating with internal departments.

Lead the development phases from original pitch to execution, providing notes in line with the vision of the project. Hear and respond to pitches; evaluate new project submissions to assess their value as it relates to the creative direction.

Handle complex scheduling and calendar management, balancing multiple priorities with precision and flexibility. Manage and track client and project submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.

Duties also include heavy office administration including logging submissions, maintaining files, managing databases, and logging and tracking materials. Also requires reading scripts, writing script coverage and draft comparisons across incoming submissions, development and current series.

Coordinating meetings and schedules, planning department events, maintaining and organizing calendars, making travel arrangements, processing business expenses, managing files and office facilities, running reports, internal and external correspondence, and fielding calls to the appropriate parties.

Responsible for all administrative and clerical support with responsibilities that include but are not limited to: keeping organized files; ensuring invoices are approved and submitted; preparing expense reports; making travel arrangements; assisting in scheduling events; answering phones; coordinating meetings and schedules.

Organizes heavy calendar scheduling, facilitates heavy email and phone correspondence; submits expense reports, purchasing requests for supplies; books travel arrangements. Prepare general creative feedback/notes on slate projects.

Reading scripts and watching cuts and giving creative notes, building, and maintaining relationships in the creative community, and overseeing execution and production of series, etc.
