Scripted by Neighbors duo Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien, the pic centers on a married couple who, after blowing their daughter’s college fund and desperate for cash, team with their neighbors to open an illegal casino in the suburbs in an attempt to raise the money back.
