Act as the Director’s story curator, clearly and concisely understanding the narrative the Director wants to tell, finding creative ways to support that vision, and bringing that vision to the screen. Work with the Director and Writer in story development to brainstorm and foster story concepts from the outline or script to be assigned to Storyboard Artists.

Assist the Production Office Coordinator with day-to-day operations for the production. Assist with coordinating scripts and prepping binders for voice recordings. Archive artwork and production files within specific online directory structures.

Track progress of departments through various tracking software. Maintains and tracks the status of their respective episodic or department schedules. Update Production Manager and Line Producer with current department statuses/issues.

Aligns Production Teams in key Physical Production standard practices and paperwork, including but not limited to; all production paperwork, crew start work, DGA contracts, Exhibit G forms, call sheets, and production reports.
