Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondence. Maintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department. Enter deal negotiation requests into the database and assign to the applicable executive. Initiate payments with accounting for our development projects.

Log samples and submissions in database. Take notes in meetings. Source and assess writers and directors to help build out and sustain a robust TV pipeline that aligns with department and overall company strategy and goals.

Manage administrative duties which include handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, preparing expense reports, and additional office related tasks. Provide significant script coverage for client pitches.

Duties will include administrative support including scheduling, calendaring and managing phone calls/messaging needs. Additional duties will include assistance with meeting/coordinating events, managing notes, research, story grids and show covers.
