Translate script pages by developing thumbnails, roughs, and storyboards that depict the requirements of the scene/ sequence. Pitch storyboards to mentor, crew, Head of Story, and Director, and other members of the Skydance Animation creative team.

Firsthand communication with Producers upon arrival and throughout the day. Assist in the collection and logging of project statuses and key information. Keep the production team up to date on project status.

Provide multi-level administrative support to the Head of Current Programming (preparing reports and documents, writer and director lists, arranging travel, managing schedule, rolling calls, tracking expenses, and other special assignments, etc.).

Plan and execute video shoots, capturing footage that aligns with the creative vision and brand guideline while working within the framework, allocated budget, and timescale.

Assist in identifying key creative & business opportunities for our slate with regular tracking and amplification of underrepresented talent. Frequently evaluating scripts/material, providing timely and insightful coverage, notes, and feedback.

Administrative responsibilities, managing key communications, partnerships, and relationships, handling sensitive and confidential information, liaising with high-profile executives and offices, and providing solutions to issues/problems of varying magnitudes.

Collaborate with the development team, maintaining a submission log and providing script coverage. Supervise office staff, interns, and occasionally coordinate household staffing and schedules.

Help coordinate and verify project needs prior to any session start times and/or client arrivals as well as deliveries. Keep a pulse on all projects being produced including the status of individual show/episodes and budgets.

Responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling, note-taking, generation and upkeep of organizational systems, tracking and grid work, as well as conducting research and development projects and writing

Handle other day-to-day tasks like email distributions, updating contact information, managing expense reports, note-taking, filing, ordering of supplies, etc. Read and digest important content-related documents and discern, summarize, and/or annotate critical data/information.

Pulls footage, photos, and music selects for feature pieces. Prepares and assists with camera and gear for local, domestic, and international shoots. Supports feature producers in the field.

Assist with client communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Organize and track complex information, including client files, projects, and industry-related data.

Assesses material for potential development and production, including reading scripts and providing coverage, reviewing finished films, and hearing pitches. Manages division grids, talent tracking, weekend reads, and submission logs.
