Antonio Banderas has been tapped to star in the Simon West action comedy Salty based on the novel by Mark Haskell Smith.

Logline: Pitched as “Spinal Tap” meets “The Hangover,” follows a former sex addict who goes on vacation to Thailand with his wife but things start to go south when she’s kidnapped by pirates who are trying to raise money for a new boat.

Logline: Things take a turn for the worst when a simple study on Alzheimer’s Disease turns into a discovery of something far more evil.

Logline: Story centers on a man who spends half of his life in and out of drug rehabilitation, and when he returns home to live with his mother, his brother’s wife still longs for her first love.

Logline: Centers on a marriage coming apart through infidelity and being put back together through unexpected adversity, combined with the high-stakes of a home invasion.
