Understand your executives’ priorities, manage calendars, respond to and send out meeting requests, and ensure schedules are kept up to date and accurate, resolve meeting conflicts and handle reschedules to accommodate more urgent and time sensitive request.

Work closely with production managers, and production staff, as well as, internal producers to examine the needs of each production.
This role will have many opportunities for Creative input on top of the standard administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have entertainment support experience, be extremely detail-oriented, be a strong organizer and planner that demonstrates the ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility.
The person in this role will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and creating broad organizational systems. The position will report to the Head, Studio Creative Content will support various functions of the team.
This role entails executing general office administrative and clerical duties with high levels of professionalism, organizational skills and a strong eye for detail while interacting with high-level internal and external clientele.
