Manage the President’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, filing expense reports, writing itineraries, making reservations, and arranging travel and transportation.
Responsibilities to include working at artist’s home office, organizing all aspects of the artist’s professional and personal life.
Manage personal and professional appointments, handle calendars, bookings, job/social media postings, travel and administrative tasks.

Provide multi-level administrative support to the SVP, Current Programming (preparing Writer and Director lists, arranging travel, managing schedule, rolling calls, tracking expenses, and other special assignments, etc.)
Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests as well as studio executives.
Evaluate permit and issue required Motion Picture/Television and Still Photography permits including but not limited to official permit form, application fee and maintenance of applicable records utilizing the agency’s computer system.
Prepare and proof client presentations and related material. Schedule and maintain Executive’s calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
Rolling a high volume of calls and setting meetings. Taking notes during calls and distributing script materials.
Managing calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings and conference/video calls.
