The PA assists and supports the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and department leadership with day-to-day issues and projects as they arise.
Production Management
Work closely with Creative Executives to set up new productions by reviewing and approving Production Partners, key Heads of Departments, schedules, and budgets, to flag possible issues and identify solutions.
Responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leader(s) supported and will be part of the team who oversee the “soup to nuts” production of multiple animated series that are the lifeblood of the Disney Junior channel.
Coordinate logistics, including but not limited to crew needs and bookings, securing locations, handling appearance and location releases, obtaining permits, ordering props, organizing production assets.
Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally. Preparing and submitting Senior-level executive expense reports. Communicating and coordinating with productions and vendors both internally and externally.
Take and circulate notes from meetings. Foster clear and concise communication among all necessary parties. Gather, track and enter production related data among multiple internal platforms.
Supervises all aspects of physical production on assigned projects in pre-production and production stages.
Organize vital information and workflows with an increasing slate of projects in the UK from development through to wrap and launch. You will be working closely with Netflix’s external partners (talent and producers) and our internal cross-functional teams.
Heavy volume of calls and emails, organizing meetings and calendars, creating presentations/slides, helping coordinate production slates and providing overall support.
Support and carry through strategic initiatives of Production Management and help maintain a results-oriented organization.
Responsible for assisting producers, Associate Producers, and Production Management in the creation of smart, original content for multiple distribution channels.

Help generate, develop and pitch original unscripted docu ideas and formats. Research cases and stories for development and series.
Answering phones and greet guests. Running errands for productions as needed. Occasionally assisting on set for productions.
Work closely with the Creative team, producers and other stakeholders to ensure our productions are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Create appropriate development, pre-production, production and post schedules and budgets with partner Studios, Netflix cross-functional teams and creators to suit the needs of the show.
Manage an active slate of development projects and actively support SVP live-action Series & Film in maintaining a pipeline of compelling, engaging and producible content.
Maintain and supervise the department schedule and budget, making sure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
The Production Assistant (PA) works in the Production Management department on Animated feature length Films, short films, long form series titles, and/or special projects at Walt Disney Animation Studios.
The Production Coordinator works within and among production departments to lead projects by facilitating discussions, communicating the strategy, coordinating deadlines and tracking project progress.
Create series and/or movie budgets, schedules, achievements, and assumptions.
Oversee planning and production, from pre-production through final delivery. Work closely with production executives and Finance to establish schedule and budget for each production.
Coordinate with Creative Producers and Production Management to prepare daily and weekly to-do lists in accordance with production deadlines.
This position will coordinate all production elements with emphasis on project set-up, maintaining and archiving production files and facilitating timely receipt and distribution of production materials.
Work with internal departments and development labels to build budgets and production plans for reality formats that are in development or greenlit (including schedules, detailed line by line budget, cash flow and overall approach to physical production)
The creation of development materials including concepts, treatments, scripts, designs, Animation tests, series bibles, pitch decks, and budget etc.
The PA ensures the accuracy of information by communicating in a timely and organized manner. The PA also assists and supports the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and department leadership with day-to-day issues and projects as they arise.
Provide support to Creative team on various Creative Development projects including: writing coverage on prospective ideas; taking and compiling notes during meetings; tracking and summarizing market trends/broadcaster line-ups.
Cultivating ideas into standout Television Series and brands for Kids. Managing the creation of all development materials including concepts, treatments, scripts, designs, animation tests, series bibles, pitch decks, and budget etc.
This position would focus on a slate of original films from pre-production through delivery, working closely with producers, freelance crews and our cross-functional teams within Netflix.
