President

Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist in tracking projects and maintaining organizational systems.

Handle other day-to-day tasks like email distributions, updating contact information, managing expense reports, note-taking, filing, ordering of supplies, etc. Read and digest important content-related documents and discern, summarize, and/or annotate critical data/information.

Work directly with Line Producers, Production Supervisors, and Production Coordinators to obtain day-to-day updates during prep and shoot. Coordinate weekly meetings with each production, create and distribute agendas, and keep minutes.

Prioritize conflicting needs, proactively and timely handle all matters, and apply appropriate follow-through to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects. Read and review submitted and found materials, providing coverage and feedback.
