Post Production

Assist Production and Post Executives and Administration on 50+ projects which include Unscripted Series, Documentaries, and Doc Series in various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production

Maintain calendars for executives, including booking and confirming meetings internally & externally across time zones. Organise external and internal meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches. Recruit new creative talent. Work with writers to develop story and scripts. Oversee all creative aspects of development, production and post-production.

Handling phones, calendar, filing, drafting, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense reports in a high-pressure/busy office.

Directly supports the head of post production and the rest of the team as needed. Scheduling, Agenda Management, and note taking at all team meetings.

Rolling and initiating calls, filing, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing, and submitting expense reports, and taking meeting notes.

Act as an extension of a lead producer and be a main point of contact while working with internal and external teams to organize, supervise, and monitor the progress of projects.

Ensure that all pre and post production scripts are published and distributed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner using office technology to members of production and cast, including coordinating the script requirements for guest artists who are often cast at very short notice.

Duties include script coverage, updating databases, drafting correspondence, and viewing trailers, rough cuts, & finished films for research.

Handle day-to-day telephone communication including rolling high-volume calls, redirecting calls to appropriate departments, and relaying timely messages.

Helps maintain studio oversight on a slate of 80+ projects per year (movies and series). Supports creative executives and external producers on preliminary breakdowns, budgets, and schedules.

Assist the Post Production Supervisor/Manager in any way necessary to maintain the workflow of the Post Production process.

NFL Game logging using our EVS Logging tool. Going through current game footage and tagging plays and players and applying metadata to allow for enhanced searches.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP, Post Production, including overseeing calendars, scheduling departmental meetings, processing expenses, and documenting detailed notes during internal and external department meetings.

Support overall Goop’s Creative production team in daily/weekly tasks as needed and assigned by Sr. producer.

Collaborate with show producers, Line Producers, Production Managers and creative executives and offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules. Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.

Responsible for providing support to production, scheduling, and Operations as needed.

Oversee dialogue, book talent, direct ADR, liaise with feature sound design team. Oversee and disseminate finishing preps for pictures, graphics, and audio elements. Liaise with TV finishing agency and TV Media agency.

Generate headshots, cut-outs and delivery-ready motion/still graphics for shows. Acquire various photo and graphic elements for broadcast use.

Organize and track all folders, notes, files, tapes, and materials needed for the pre-production, production, and Post Production phases for a given project.

Work directly with and assist the production executive to coordinate all Features associated with the production executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of Physical Production.

Responsible with scheduling, processing invoices and expense reports, managing travel, ordering both production and department supplies, facility requests, onboarding new hires and temps, and interfacing with other departments on the behalf of the co-heads.

Assist the producers and make sure the production is running smoothly, so the project is being delivered on brief, schedule and budget.

Spearhead the development of high-performing short-form content that builds the narratives of our artists on socials, drives cultural impact and converts to music consumption.

Lead Physical Production/budgeting of all original Programming. Develop Physical Production and cost-related strategies for DCP Programming.

Directly supports the Head of Post Production, one additional Post Director, and the rest of the team as needed. Scheduling, Agenda Management, and note-taking at all team meetings.

You should have excellent writing skills that will be necessary in conveying notes to writers, as well as, internal correspondence and projects. Candidate should be thoughtful, but proactive in every way possible.

Finding production solutions to best support the Creative. Director searches, meetings and treatments.

Identifying and developing new Documentary ideas and projects. Securing access to articles, stories, characters or ideas.
