Logline: A group of explorers who set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity after they learn the sun is dying. Based on the short of the same name.

Logline: A woman tries to live up to the image of her perfect mother, only to realize she may not have been so perfect after all.

Logline: Story takes place in 1908, and centers on a pair of young lovers on the verge of being separated, a struggle for power among various bureaucracies and a bitter love triangle involving two brothers all coming to a head as the deadliest disaster on American soil, a Category 4 hurricane readies to destroy everything around them.

Logline: Story depicts the shifting perspectives of people involved in the post-war case of Hirasawa Sadamichi, who was accused of poisoning and killing a dozen employees in a Tokyo bank, then robbing it, in 1948. U.S. military involvement in the case was one of the many suspicions that led many to believe Sadamichi was innocent, though he was sent to, and would die in prison.

Logline: Story follows a wealthy man in a relationship with a woman, but unbeknownst to him, his best friend wants to be with her as well. The best friend teams with a working-class girl – who has her sights set on the wealthy man – in an attempt to drive a wedge between the couple and make way for each to be with their object of desire. What the schemers do not plan on, though, is falling in love with each other.

Logline: Follows the true story of Ed Ugel, a financially struggling gambler who landed a job as a salesman for The Firm, a company that offered up-front cash to lottery winners in exchange for their prize
money, often paid in agonizingly small annual payments, some lasting up to twenty-five years. For the better part of the ensuing decade, Ed spent his time closing deals with lottery winners, making a lucrative and legitimate – if sometimes not-so-nice – living by taking advantage of their weaknesses.
