Provides overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor and crew within a specific department(s). Interacts with department leadership. Responsible for gathering research material specific to the department.

Coordinate and schedule production meetings. Coordinate travel for production. Handle and complete expense reports. Order office supplies for the department.

Localizing produced promotional content according to channel and campaign requirements; providing the recording studios and local regions with scripts and media assets.

Gathering all artwork including character models, props and location designs for shipments to production facilities, including labelling, categorizing and creating final model packs for shipment. Organizes asset files, uploads models to Insight, preps files for Background Painters and Color Designer.

Post content daily across social media channels including live match coverage from tournaments covering multiple time zones. Social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

Assist in overseeing project schedules to ensure the successful achievement of milestones and deadlines. Coordinate and schedule production meetings. Attend production meetings and take notes.

Reviewing outlines, scripts, animatics, audio mixes, etc. for a variety of DC projects. They’ll also provide necessary research into DC characters, locations, items, etc. to provide suggestions and guidance on what DC IP to use in any given project in development.

Maintain and supervise the department schedule and budget, making sure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved. Update status reports, sequence lists, and tracking documents for the department.

Supervise and delegate responsibilities to the production team. Supervise all approval deadlines and landmarks. Report to the Studio weekly with all updates and statuses.

Track progress of departments through various tracking software. Maintains and tracks the status of their respective episodic or department schedules. Update Production Manager and Line Producer with current department statuses/issues.

Distribute incoming day-of-air graphic orders to graphic artists. Communicate with producers and artists to ensure daily requests are fulfilled. Assist graphics production team in finding elements for graphics and animation.

Provide coverage and feedback to creatives within the department. You will use your excellent organizational skills to respond to situations and events that require quick action or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve interesting and complex problems that affect the teams you will be working with.

Supports the production team to achieve overall goals, shift priorities as departmental needs change. Manage calendar of the Director, assist in navigation of daily schedule and needs.

Be a creative problem-solver and self-starter who is resilient in a fast-paced environment, and highly collaborative with exceptional organizational skills.

Conceptualize, develop, and produce compelling segments and videos related to Financial markets, NYSE activities, and related Content specifically for NYSE TV.

Generate headshots, cut-outs and delivery-ready motion/still graphics for shows. Acquire various photo and graphic elements for broadcast use.

Organize and track all folders, notes, files, tapes, and materials needed for the pre-production, production, and Post Production phases for a given project.

Take notes in meetings with high-level showrunners, help with Keynote and/or Photoshop projects, and update and organize submissions and development grids.

The role will focus on creating shareable Content which supports, engages and amplifies audience engagement across the Digital estate.

The primary responsibilities are to support project development by reading and analyzing Creative material, presenting feedback and participating on Creative conference calls/meetings.

Provide general assistance to production employees, artists, Coordinators, Production Managers, and producers.

Communicate with producers and artists to ensure daily requests are fulfilled. Assist graphics production team in finding elements for graphics and Animation.

Spearhead the development of high-performing short-form content that builds the narratives of our artists on socials, drives cultural impact and converts to music consumption.

Track budgets and budget approvals. Coordinate collection of production / talent agreements and work with Business Affairs and Creative if changes are required to standard agreements.

Interface with Partners, internal executives, and Filmmaker admins to coordinate meetings for the VP in a timely and efficient manner maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Prepare agendas, memos, research, and reports for the Creative Group. Handle script and coverage requests for the Story Dept. Read development scripts & writing samples as requested/needed.

Responsible for managing heavy phones, rolling calls, setting appointments and meetings, updating calendars, and booking travel, as well as coordinating alongside the Creative team as needed.

Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content.

Provide support to Creative team on various Creative development projects including: writing coverage on prospective ideas; taking and compiling notes during meetings; tracking and summarizing market trends/broadcaster line-ups.
