Six Shows a Go at ABC – CBS Revs Up 1 more comedy – FOX adds 2 laughers – and NBC Adds Five.
FOX has bought The UNTITLED GLEN MAZZARA MEDICAL PROJECT, about a burnt-out doc who decides to join a small neighborhood clinic. Series, which Glen Mazzara will write, will be produced by Peter Tolan.
Logline: A timid man who daydreams of exciting adventures falls for the daughter of a bank robber.
Logline: Said to be a parody take on the original. Story follows lifeguards that explore an oil rig off the Malibu coast that turns out to be a meth lab.
Logline: Pitched as a grown up version of “Risky Business,” story follows a bored husband gets more than he bargained for when his wife leaves him alone for the weekend of the Rose Bowl.
