Temple Hill Entertainment has acquired the film rights to acclaimed 2013 picture book Journey by Aaron Becker and has attached Monster House screenwriter Pamela Pettler to adapt the script.

Logline: Story revolves around Mr. and Mrs. Twit, the two nastiest people in the world, who mastermind elaborate heists with their crew of trained animals – until one day when the animals turn the tables on the Twits, framing their ungrateful owners for what was to have been their ultimate heist and living out their days uncaged in South America.
Logline: In a future world where rising ocean levels and natural catastrophes have led to homesteads on the ocean floor, an underwater teenage boy and a surface girl join forces to uncover a government conspiracy.
