Main responsibilities will include scheduling, note taking on calls, proofing, and managing travel.

The position will involve running personal errands, managing schedule and travel, handling home & office matters, and assisting with any daily tasks.

The Production Coordinator will  provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.

This position is for lovers of Film and TV -creative people who watch a lot and are able to articulate some of the things that make up their taste in TV and Film.

Basic duties include high volume scheduling/rolling calls, submitting materials for development, managing calendars, participating in the development process, and more.
