Support the coordination and execution of above-the-line talent initiatives (writers, directors, on-screen and voiceover talent, etc.) from ideation to launch including but not limited to brainstorm and meeting notes, drafting applications, creating timelines and checklists for execution. Review scripts, cuts, marketing materials, casting breakdowns etc.

Read content and provide opinions on materials. Schedule meeting requests and manage calendar. Process expense reports in a timely manner.

General administrative duties including meeting planning, travel planning expense reports, scheduling, phone/mail, supplies, filing and other business matters.

Serve as the primary project manager on multiple talent development experiences globally. Design, develop and deliver individual contributor and leadership development experiences focused on driving ongoing career growth and development.

Maintain submission logs & material grids. Compile weekend read for the department, plus read and participate in scripts discussion.

Assist producers with logging media, shooting elements, finding file video and clearing new imagery for news-of-day and feature spots.

Make off-lot and on-lot runs to pick up various items for the show. (i.e. camera cards, food, magazines, props, accounting runs, wardrobe runs, etc.

Support and contribute to the development of multi-platform sales materials including show one sheets, customized marketing opportunities, show clips, idea libraries, network rollouts, etc.

Work closely with Associate Producers and Producers by assisting them in editing video and graphics. Search for the best video and elements for open, lead intro for show, and various tells.

Coordinate general meetings, maintain scripts, production schedules, session sheets, cast lists, master lists and all other casting related documents for all shows.
