Managing executive’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming calls and meetings. Maintaining all organizational documents, logs and binders, including monitoring status of incoming/outgoing script submissions.

Maintain the Department’s Calendar, including scheduling and coordinating internal show meetings and other regular cross-functional meetings as needed. Oversee department leaders’ calendars (Burbank-focused, and partnered with SYD and VAN)  to ensure an efficient flow to the week/month in pursuit of the department’s objectives.

Field and prioritize incoming calls, track call logs, and manage rolling calls. Oversee and maintain submission tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups and organization. Handle logistics for meetings, events, and presentations as needed.

Providing support to the production team during the development, production and post production of our projects. Conducting research tasks, due diligence, fact checking and proofreading for the Head of Programming and Producers.

Manage calendar for executives, including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally. Manage phones, roll calls and take notes, and update phone sheet. Maintain a log of incoming script submissions and disseminate this information with the appropriate internal departments.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist in tracking projects and maintaining organizational systems.

Develops, and maintains relationships with composers, agents, publicists, lawyers, and Film/TV/Visual Media music industry executives and professionals. Facilitates the relationship between these industry professionals and BMI affiliates.

Assist in all aspects of production: tracking schedules of our feature films & documentaries, exercising & documenting approvals, analyzing & comparing budgets in all genres. Read treatments, pitches & scripts and provide feedback notes.

Work closely with the SVP of Development, directors, and development Production Manager to support the needs of the team within development projects assigned. Read and provide coverage for writing samples and potential new projects.
