Work closely with talent agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Talent Department. Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills.

Duties including rolling calls, sending self tape requests, scheduling meetings, uploading and cutting together tapes, coordinating client schedules, including various other tasks.

Need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Manage administrative duties including handling heavy phones and emails, client calendar management, booking reports, preparing expense reports, updating contracts and general office management tasks.
