Manage the SVP and VP’s schedules and daily calendars, ensuring key appointments and production milestones are prioritized.

Review all development, specials, pilot and series budgets when new projects are ordered. Review all potential overages and breakage budgets.

Answer phones, maintain daily schedules, file, process expense reports, schedule meetings and appointments, update information on producers, track all submissions and pitches, enter due dates for cuts, and maintain production paperwork.

Act as liaison with other internal departments and external contacts to execute assignments. Keep current on Company projects, events, and issues and provide updates to your supervisor.

Responsible for providing essential support to all areas under the oversight the studio including but not limited to scheduling and calendars, budgets and cost reporting, and more.
