Responsibilities include scheduling, rolling calls, tracking/sending emails, organizing files, etc.

Managing calendar and correspondence. Coordinating travel and meetings. Helping create follow-up lists.

Organize and track all folders, notes, files, tapes, and materials needed for the pre-production, production, and Post Production phases for a given project.

Provide general assistance to production employees, artists, Coordinators, Production Managers, and producers.
