Assists Production Supervisor in all evolving support needs (i.e. calendar booking, updating schedules and documents, timecard processing, reviews, expense reports, scheduling and planning career development and continued training for production and artists, overtime, weekend work, meals).

Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Take notes during meetings and distribute in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of screenings and shipments.
Answer, screen and roll phone calls. Build and update a daily phone list. Attend and take notes at meetings as requested by the Producer/Director.
Coordinates shipping of episodic materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Breakdown scripts in various stages (Outline, 1st Draft, 2nd Draft) to determine complexity of assigned episodes.
Tracks footage delivery deadlines; downloads and posts footage. Alerts editors and assistant editors of deliveries received.
Take notes during writer’s meetings, story note meetings, and animatic reviews.
The Script Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day production workflow for writing staff.
This role will work closely with production teams and on each series as well marketing, and Publicity.
Awareness of work in progress in the department. Initiate open and regular communications with your Production Coordinator and/or Production Supervisor.
