Provides overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor and crew within a specific department(s). Interacts with department leadership. Responsible for gathering research material specific to the department.

Answer, screen and roll phone calls. Build and update a daily phone list. Attend and take notes at meetings as requested by the Producer/Director.

Prepare reading materials and handle distribution (especially for daily and weekend read). Read/cover writing samples and other creative materials. Take notes, write notes, and transcribe meetings.

Schedule and coordinate meetings. Ensure that the Producer/Director have accurate calendars and are aware of meetings that they need to attend. Prepare necessary documents for the Producer/Director (i.e. materials for meetings).

Handles heavy and complex schedule and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties using multiple calendars. Provides meeting support that includes preparing agenda, taking notes, building presentation decks, etc.
