Track all films from pre-production through post-production, and final internal and external delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Daily check-ins with artists to gauge progress on assignments, communicate updates and critical changes related to the schedule. Transcribe review notes, distribute, and ensure follow-up of action items and status changes as necessary

Develop, maintain, manage and capture all projects in development.

Work closely with our Production Managers, Production Executives, and Head of Production in all aspects of unscripted projects from development to production and Post Production

Work closely with production managers, and production staff, as well as, internal producers to examine the needs of each production.

You will use your excellent organizational skills to track each movie from setup through production and wrap deliverables.
