Handle rolling calls, scheduling, and calendar management. Coordinate and track project and client submissions. Provide script coverage, industry research, and tracking support.

Collaborate with the development team, maintaining a submission log and providing script coverage. Supervise office staff, interns, and occasionally coordinate household staffing and schedules.

Monitor and track creative submissions, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Writing script coverage and offering input on project materials as needed. Coordinating all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Organizing logistics for meetings, on-set visits, and production schedules.

Word processing, scheduling, travel arrangements and telephone services. Must have complete working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of other Microsoft Office suite programs – Access, Powerpoint, Publisher is a plus.

Interface effectively with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow. Collaborate closely with the development Assistant to ensure all tasks related to the CEO’s desk are completed efficiently and accurately.
