Season 2, Episode 12 – With Axe about to be arrested on Billions, he spends the day planning on how to both get out of the mess he’s in, and change his life once he gets through it. Chuck has made huge sacrifices to see Axe in jail, but has he covered his tracks sufficiently, or has he left a loose thread that could unravel all of his future plans?
Season 2, Episode 11 – As Ice Juice is about to go public, Chuck allows his father access to his trust in order to invest in it on Billions. It seems like a sure thing, until Axe finds out about the stake Chuck Sr. has in the company, and moves to wreck things for the Rhoades boys. Will Chuck find himself the victim or does he have ulterior motives?
Season 2, Episode 10 – In the aftermath of Axe’s deceit, Lara takes the boys leaving Axe in the dark about where she is, or if she’s coming back. He’s a complete mess without her. While Axe’s marriage may be falling apart, Wendy and Chuck seem to be getting closer to reconciliation on this week’s Billions.
Season 2, Episode 9 -The day of Axe’s birthday celebration, he contemplates life, his commitment to do things above board, and his relationship with Wendy on Billions. Chuck begins making Sandicot personal, and turns it into an unofficial campaign stop, but runs into obstruction when Foley’s relationship’s make it harder for Chuck to prosecute Axe.
Season 2, Episode 8 – Bryan and Sacker come together to work a lead which may help take down Axe on Billions , only the timing isn’t right for Chuck. It isn’t until something Chuck Sr. does puts a dent in Axe’s calm demeanor, that Chuck sees an opening to take Axe down once and for all.
Season 2, Episode 7 – Axe is in damage control mode on Billions after his Sandicot investment falls through, while Chuck does a victory lap basking in the light his conviction of Boyd has shined on him even though he and Wendy’s relationship may be irreparably damaged. Axes’s struggle between being a human being or a ruthless capitalist takes a toll on those around him, but which will he choose?
Season 2, Episode 6 – The women on Billions continue to be treated like second-class characters as their intelligence is questioned and the men take center stage. Wendy makes a decision that may permanently alter her relationship with Chuck, and Axe gets one pulled over on him by Chuck’s father.
Season 2, Episode 5 – Billions continues to relegate its powerful women to the sidelines of the show, which diminishes their importance, and erodes a good portion of what made the first season so damn watchable. The chemistry on Billions suffers because of it.
Season 2, Episode 4 – Chuck plays a long con against both his father and Boyd in this episode of Billions. Axe attempts to refine his image, but it backfires when he gets caught trying to take advantage of a Bill Gates type philanthropist, and loses any opportunity of acquiring an NFL team.
Season 2, Episode 3 – Chuck sacrifices something incredibly important to him, Taylor steps into a larger role for Axe Capital, Axe considers buying an NFL team, and Wendy suddenly finds herself in the middle of two powerful men having a pissing contest on this week’s Billions.
Season 2, Episode 2 – Chuck could be in a world of trouble as Dake pushes his investigation on Billions and reveals his willingness to take Chuck down at any cost. Wendy and Axe are both questioned, and Chuck is able to pull a 180-degree turn to save his job momentarily.
Season 2, Episode 1 – With Wendy out of both Chuck and Axe’s lives, it leaves a void that threatens to suck them both in and chew them up on this new season of Billions. Chuck is suddenly in a lot of trouble when an investigation into the ethics of his office opens out of the blue, and Axe is in the grips of absolute paranoia as he completely rethinks security at Axe Capital.
