The news comes after the departure of an original castmember from the series and the annuncement of the show’s renewal for season seven along with DC’s other superhero shows at the network.
On this week’s Arrow, the two branches of Team Arrow square off after they have different approaches to dealing with Black Siren.
Season 6, Episode 13 – On this week’s Arrow, the team rushes to deliver proof that Oliver didn’t kill Cayden James’ son, while keeping Dinah in check.
Season 6, Episode 12 – On this week’s Arrow, Vigilante helps Team Arrow find the location of Cayden James’ bomb. As the original team goes after the bomb, Dinah, Curtis, and Rene try to save Vigilante.
Season 6, Episode 11 – On this week’s Arrow, Cayden James hacks the city’s internet, causing technological chaos. Green Arrow fights back, with assists from Dinah, Curtis and Rene, who’ve formed their own team.
Season 6, Episode 10 – On this week’s Arrow, Oliver discovers Cayden James’s many allies, while struggling to protect a port without Dinah, Wild Dog, and Curtis.
Season 6, Episode 9 – On this week’s Arrow, Black Siren and Cayden James kidnap Quentin Lance. Team Arrow, meanwhile, struggles to stay together.
Perhaps more than any other year, this crossover event between Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow left some major ramifications, questions and foreshadowing for the future. Here’s a few of the biggest.
Season 6, Episode 7 – CW’s Arrowverse crossover event continued with “Crisis on Earth X, Part 2.” Oliver, Kara, and the rest of our heroes start to understand what their Nazi Doppelgangers have planned.
Season 6, Episode 7 – It’s Thanksgiving on this week’s Arrow, with plenty of surprises. For one, Samantha Watson arrests Oliver. And Oliver finally finds out about Diggle’s lie.
All the Arrowverse heroes gather for a wedding but are interrupted by Nazis from an alternate universe.
Season 6, Episode 6 – On this week’s Arrow, Oliver continues to help Slade with his son. Diggle and the rest of Team Arrow, meanwhile, go after the Dragon — who’s responsible for pushing Diggle’s steroid.
Season 6, Episode 5 – On this week’s Arrow, Slade Wilson enlists Oliver’s help in rescuing his son. Meanwhile the rest of Team Arrow finally finds out the identity of Vigilante when he resurfaces in Star City.
The masked gunman has evaded Team Arrow since Season 5.
Season 6, Episode 4 – On this week’s “Arrow”, the team tries to keep up with Black Siren, who takes out several Star City residents. Felicity, meanwhile, once again crosses paths with Helix with an assist from Oliver.
Season 6, Episode 3 – On this week’s “Arrow”, John Diggle assumes the role of the Green Arrow, despite physical and mental scars. Oliver and Felicity tutor William.
Season 6, Episode 2 – On this week’s “Arrow,” Oliver and team have to deal with an FBI investigation. Meanwhile, Anatoly resurfaces and kidnaps a group of high profile businessmen.

Season 6, Episode 1 – In the “Arrow” season 6 premiere, Team Arrow deals with the fallout from the explosion on Lian Yu five months earlier.
Law & Order: SVU alum Kirk Acevedo has joined The CW’s Arrow as comic book villain Richard Dragon for Season 6.

“Supergirl,” “Arrow,” “The Flash” and “Legends of Tomorrow” will cross over in a four-part event over two nights in November.
Michael Emerson is joining Season 6 of Arrow in a role that is, naturally, being kept a mystery for now. David Nykl is also returning to the show to play Oliver’s mentor Anatoly Knyazev.

The CW is following a similar strategy as last year, shifting a critically acclaimed series to Friday night to make way for new series. Last year, they moved Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and this year it’s Jane the Virgin‘s turn.
Season 5, Episode 22 – On this week’s Arrow, as members of Team Arrow are abducted, Oliver struggles to keep ahead of Prometheus and calls on unlikely people to fight back.
Season 5, Episode 21 – On this week’s Arrow, Chase reemerges from the shadows and starts sending threatening information about Oliver’s past. Thea returns to the city and Lance is upset to find out that Renee missed a hearing.
The 26th annual MTV Movie Awards was not its usual event this weekend as it was the first time it combined movie and television categories and removed gendered categories. Beauty and the Beast was the big winner of the night, taking home multiple statues and being the inspiration for the event’s opening number.
Season 5, Episode 20 – On this week’s Arrow, Oliver and Felicity are trapped in the bunker by Prometheus and fight to get out. From the outside, Diggle, Lyla and team try to help.
