ABSENTIA

Season 1, Episodes 1-10 – Amazon’s new thriller series, Absentia, is more interesting as a human drama than a crime thriller, but suffers from slow pacing, and an uninspired supporting cast.

Stana Katic will play Emily Byrne, an FBI agent who disappears without a trace and is declared dead while hunting one of Boston’s most notorious serial killers.

The beloved Detective Kate Beckett is returning to television — well, at least her actor is. Castle star Stana Katic is in talks to star in the upcoming AXN straight-to-series drama Absentia.
