Provide day-to-day support for Production and Creative Executives during various stages of development, prep, and production, while managing multiple tasks at one time. Handle daily runs, such as the delivery of scripts to local cast and crew and managing swag inventory and distribution for Marvel Studios employees in the office.

Manage complex and dynamic executive calendar including meetings, travel and events. Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones with high attention to detail. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.

Work closely with Producers and other members of the show team to find and edit the best video, sound and graphics for assigned stories. Keep a constant eye on show rundowns to make sure video and graphics are in place, accurate and current.

Lead and support all phases of animated series development, from concept through pilot production. Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback on pitches, scripts, animatics, storyboards, casting, music, and mixes.

Managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Reading and providing coverage on scripts. Organizing submissions and tracking materials.

Provides overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor and crew within a specific department(s). Interacts with department leadership. Responsible for gathering research material specific to the department.

Assist during the production process daily, performing numerous tasks including various runs as assigned by Production Management. Gather necessary court documents for celebrity stories.

Managing executive’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming calls and meetings. Maintaining all organizational documents, logs and binders, including monitoring status of incoming/outgoing script submissions.

Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives. Track budgets, payments and other financial transactions as needed. Track represented materials, clients, and potential clients.

Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, preparing notes documents, and general office management tasks. Track clients and projects, including in-house development.

Answers phone, screens, logs, and places calls. Onboards casting offices including administering database access and providing training/support for daily database use.
