Interns will work with assistants and executives in reading incoming material, putting together research for projects in development and aid in office workflow all while we educate them on the entertainment industry.
Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Provide significant script coverage for client pitches.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executive. Preparing decks for internal and external creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up creative materials.
Supervise the production of a wide range of high-quality original content from short-form promotional videos to sizzle reels, marketing presentations, interviews, tutorials, and executive communications.
Efficiently route vendor submissions among creative leads, internal brand teams, producers, legal, and product design teams via project management platform and proofing tool and direct final notes back to vendor.
Rolling calls and managing communications. Coordinating schedules and appointments. Providing script coverage and feedback.
Organizes heavy calendar scheduling, facilitates heavy email and phone correspondence; submits expense reports, purchasing requests for supplies; books travel arrangements. Prepare general creative feedback/notes on slate projects.
Cultivate internal relationships to leverage studio resources to support key filmmakers in producing 360-degree content offerings across Universal Filmed Entertainment Group’s various verticals.
