Organizes heavy calendar scheduling, facilitates heavy email and phone correspondence; submits expense reports, purchasing requests for supplies; books travel arrangements. Prepare general creative feedback/notes on slate projects.

Cultivate internal relationships to leverage studio resources to support key filmmakers in producing 360-degree content offerings across Universal Filmed Entertainment Group’s various verticals.

Coordinate logistics, including but not limited to crew needs and bookings, securing locations, handling appearance and location releases, obtaining permits, ordering props, organizing production assets.

Manage all aspects of live-action television series, including creative and production matters. Generate verbal and written feedback on all story materials related to various series through all phases of initial greenlight and through production and post.

Provide creative feedback during the pitch/script development process and during ongoing productions. Maintains and establishes new relationships with the creative community (writers, producers, and performers), agents and managers with the end goal of identifying outside material and talent.
