FYI – Megan Fox was booted from the TRANSFORMERS Franchise. ***Note to self: Don’t tell egomaniacal (self-described) director of biggest budgeted blockbuster films ever made, who discovered you (btw) that he’s kind of like “Hitler.” Classes in career-longevity begin in the line behind Jack & Morgan, not behind Jennifer Grey & Alex Winter.

Fox was eagerly pursuing an Americanized version of UK’s BBC hit “Torchwood” (a spinoff of “Doctor Who”) until earlier this week. While rumors are floating around that the aggressively strong premiere of the new “Doctor Who” on BBC and BBC America put the final nail in the unsure adaptation, execs simply say the timing wasn’t [...]

And New Shows Start Being Cancelled Already
In what has become a ridiculous new-series network survival rate, Fox continues with the ridiculousness by canceling “Sons of Tucson” after 4 weeks on air. Now, believe it or not, this was “given a chance” by network standards, which are not too unfamiliar with canceling shows after 1 episode.

Ok, so maybe that’s not how the series will end, however Fox’s Kiefer Sutherland series “24″ has officially been cancelled by the network. The series will finish with Season 8, not the long speculated 9th season. So long, farewell… Jack Bauer says goodbye… (Well, until they start making the movies, that is.)

Apparently TWITTER has become more of a reliable news source than others want to admit, as the 140 character or less Headline magnet has continually given early, and often unrestricted info to the masses via key players in deals. And today is no different, as both SCRUBS star Zach Braff & TIL DEATH star Brad [...]

Per Finke: Sony Pictures decided today to reboot the Spider-Man franchise after franchise director Sam Raimi pulled out of Spider-Man 4 because he felt he couldn’t make its summer release date and keep the film’s creative integrity. This means that Raimi and the cast including star Tobey Maguire are out. There will be no Spider-Man [...]
